Job summary

Nespresso in Hasselt, Belgium is seeking a Boutique Manager to grow the boutique by promoting coffee, machines and accessories and enrolling new Club members. You will lead a passionate team, ensure outstanding customer service and hit annual targets through strong coaching and daily performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of extensive professional experience in Retail.
• Experience in customer complaint management and project/change/people management.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Willingness to work with challenging hours during opening and closing times.

Responsibilities

• Grow Boutique business through coffee, machine and accessory sales and New Club Member registrations.
• Develop People: lead, motivate and manage the team.
• Set the sales and qualitative objectives for the Boutique.
• Inventory management and cash flow responsibility.
• Ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
• Organize team planning and the demo agents.
• Communicate with all departments involved (accountancy, IT, logistics, marketing, HR) and meet deadlines.
