The ServiceNow Technical Consultant role focuses on translating business requirements into robust configurations, mentoring juniors, and flagging risks to ensure successful delivery.

The position includes AI training, modern tools, and a hybrid work model across Belgium.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions according to business and functional requirements
Translate business needs into scalable technical configurations and detailed technical designs
Customize the platform when required, following ServiceNow best practices and coding standards
Develop integrations with third-party systems (REST, SOAP, file-based transfers)
Deliver well-documented, thoroughly tested customizations, including unit testing and structured testing approaches
Mentor and guide junior team members on both technical and functional topics
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, or improvement opportunities within your scope of work
Support platform upgrades and ongoing application maintenance
