Devoteam is seeking a ServiceNow Business Consultant in Belgium to bridge client business needs with the technical delivery team. You will lead workshops, translate requirements into scalable configurations, and guide process optimization using ServiceNow platform capabilities.

You will own engagements end-to-end from requirements to go-live support, while leveraging AI tools and modern workflows. A hybrid work model and continuous learning are offered to accelerate your growth.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and functional consulting.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, plus English; excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product backlog management.
• Ability to convert complex functional needs into technical specifications.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD) are a plus.

• Lead and animate client workshops to understand business needs and co-design the right solutions.
• Partner with business leaders to assess, analyze, and improve business processes.
• Translate business and functional requirements into epics, user stories, and scalable technical configurations.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and process improvement discussions.
• Advise clients on ServiceNow capabilities and industry best practices.
• Provide end-to-end training and support to end-users and key stakeholders.
• Create and maintain documentation of processes, requirements, and workflows.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, or improvement opportunities within your scope of work.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure solutions match business needs.
