Job summary

Us3 Ltd in Belgium, Brussels region seeks a Senior Technical Consultant to deliver ServiceNow solutions and guide customers through platform improvements with strong technical leadership.

You will own hands‑on delivery, mentor consultants, run engagements, facilitate workshops, and explore AI integrations to improve workflows and decision making across client projects. The role requires excellent communication and the ability to work independently within complex engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow Professional Services or Consulting experience.
• Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications aligned to the workflow (CSA/CAD/CIS).
• Ability to lead projects and mentor Technical Consultants.

Responsibilities

• Review and guide advanced technical deliverables (config, integrations, testing, documentation).
• Coach and mentor Technical Consultants and Associate Technical Consultants.
• Provide technical leadership and independently run projects.
• Work with customers to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
• Guide customers through technical discussions and documentation, driving innovation.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into workflows and decision-making.
