Job summary

Devoteam is seeking a ServiceNow Business Consultant in Belgium to bridge client business needs with technical delivery teams. You will lead workshops, translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow configurations, and guide end-to-end project delivery from discovery to go-live.

You will work in a hybrid setting, partnering with leaders to optimize processes and deliver value using AI-enabled ServiceNow capabilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and functional consulting
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and enterprise workflow processes
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, plus English; excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to convert complex functional needs into technical specifications
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product backlog management
• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA, CIS, or CAD) are a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and animate client workshops to understand business needs and co-design the right solutions
• Partner with business leaders to assess, analyze, and improve business processes
• Translate business and functional requirements into epics, user stories, and scalable technical configurations
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and process improvement discussions
• Advise clients on ServiceNow capabilities and industry best practices
• Provide end-to-end training and support to end-users and key stakeholders
• Create and maintain documentation of processes, requirements, and workflows
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, or improvement opportunities within your scope of work
• Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure solutions match business needs
