Sloka IT Solutions in Brussels is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Developer to design, configure, and implement ITSM and CSM solutions. You will develop workflows and integrations, support platform administration, and ensure secure, scalable deployments aligned with ServiceNow and ITIL best practices.

Responsibilities include configuring ITSM/CSM modules, building workflows, creating UI policies, and delivering high-quality solutions in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional ServiceNow or ITSM development experience.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM and CSM implementations.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and security guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules across Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Case Management.
• Develop workflows, Flow Designer flows, and automation scripts.
• Create UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and script includes.
• Deliver maintainable solutions aligned with coding standards and best practices.
• Build integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
• Support CMDB, Discovery, asset management, and platform administration.
