Keystone Solutions seeks a ServiceNow CSM Developer for a consultancy mission at the client site in Belgium. You will translate requirements into functional configurations, focusing on standard CSM capabilities, delivering scalable, maintainable solutions with go-live and post-launch support.

The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, scripting in JavaScript/GlideScript, and use of Flow Designer/UI Builder, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations to maximize out-of-the-box functionality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ICT or equivalent experience.
• At least 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation and configuration.
• Proven hands-on experience with the CSM module.
• CSA and CIS-CSM certifications are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement CSM solutions based on business requirements.
• Maximize standard CSM capabilities and minimize customization (OOTB-first).
• Ensure quality, performance, and upgradeability of solutions.
• Support go-live, post-launch support, and release activities.
• Prepare technical documentation and share knowledge within the ServiceNow team.
