Talanto is seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Engineer to advance the GRC and Business Continuity capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. This hands-on role focuses on end-to-end delivery, owning projects from analysis through implementation within a growing team.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong development and configuration skills, CMDB expertise, and a proven ability to build dashboards and reports. Fluent English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience with ServiceNow.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow development and platform configuration.
• Proven CMDB implementation, integration and data reconciliation.
• Hands‑on scripting experience in ServiceNow.
• Experience with GRC and/or Business Continuity modules.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions.

Responsabilités

• Develop and configure solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and implement custom scripts and technical solutions using ServiceNow best practices.
• Develop dashboards, reporting capabilities, and observability solutions.
• Configure and enhance the GRC and Business Continuity modules.
• Integrate these modules with the CMDB.
• Ensure data reconciliation, consistency, and quality across the CMDB.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Take ownership of projects from analysis through delivery.
