Cloud Power Luxembourg seeks seasoned ServiceNow Consultants/Developers to join a long-term transformation programme. You will design, configure and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and CSM, build apps and integrations, and optimize existing modules.

Candidates with 4–5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong ITSM/CSM knowledge, and CSA/CAD certifications are preferred. French is a plus; English high proficiency requested in a Dutch-speaking team; hybrid office/remote work

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Consultant.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CSM.
• Strong experience with Flow Designer and APIs.
• CSA and CAD certifications are mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Design, configure and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions, mainly across ITSM and CSM.
• Build applications, flows, UI Policies, Business Rules and integrations.
• Maintain, optimize and enhance existing ServiceNow modules.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server and Integration Hub.
• Contribute to AI-driven innovations such as Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent and Automation.
• Advise stakeholders on ServiceNow architecture, configuration and optimization.

For a series of major ServiceNow projects, we are looking for experienced ServiceNow Consultants / Developers to join a long-term transformation programme.

If you are a hands-on ServiceNow professional with strong ITSM & CSM expertise and a passion for platform innovation, AI and GenAI, we’d love to hear from you!

French is a plus. French-speaking candidates with excellent English are also welcome when working within a predominantly Dutch-speaking team.

• Design, configure and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions, mainly across ITSM and CSM.
• Build applications, flows, UI Policies, Business Rules and integrations.
• Maintain, optimize and enhance existing ServiceNow modules.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server and Integration Hub.
• Contribute to AI-driven innovations such as Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent and Automation.
• Support platform governance, performance, security and best-practice implementation.
• Advise stakeholders on ServiceNow architecture, configuration and optimization.
• 4–5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Consultant.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CSM.
• Strong experience with Flow Designer and APIs.
• Practical experience with REST/SOAP, MID Server and/or Integration Hub.
• Good understanding of ACLs, platform security and CMDB structures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications are mandatory.
