Wlgroup in Belgium seeks an experienced Service Transition Manager to ensure new IT services are transition-ready, well-supported and delivered without surprises. You will shape transition plans, guide programmes, and provide governance across projects.

Based in a multinational IT environment near Brussels, you will assess risk, prepare reports for senior stakeholders, and develop templates to evaluate transitions. A solid ITIL/PRINCE2 background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2 years of experience OR 6 years of progressive experience.
• At least 2 years in service management in a medium or large organisation.
• Solid service transition experience across multiple industries.
• Experience advising on service management and improvement techniques.
• Ability to assess risk and translate into corrective plans.
• Clear written briefing and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• ITIL and PRINCE2 (or equivalent) certifications.

Responsabilités

• Shape the service transition strategy, plans and policies.
• Guide programmes and projects on transition planning and support.
• Check transition work is included in proposals, not assumed.
• Keep transition activities on schedule under delivery pressure.
• Build templates and methods for planning and evaluating transitions.
• Support project boards with plans, tracking and reports.
• Spot capability improvements and run maturity assessments.
• Deputise for senior management when needed.
