Job summary

Editx in Belgium is seeking a Transition Manager to own end-to-end transition plans, leading service transition activities from mobilization through hypercare. You will coordinate all transition workstreams across Honda and suppliers to ensure a smooth migration and minimal disruption.

You will manage dependencies, risks, and issues, establish governance structures, and ensure service continuity. The role involves stakeholder workshops, reporting to senior management, and ensuring readiness

Qualifications

• Experience leading service transition programs.
• Strong stakeholder coordination across multiple parties.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the end-to-end transition plan.
• Lead service transition activities from mobilization through hypercare.
• Coordinate all transition workstreams across Honda and the suppliers.
• Manage dependencies, risks, assumptions and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure service continuity is maintained during the migration period.
