Rhox is seeking a Handover to Run Specialist to guide operational readiness and SIAM-based transitions of changes and services into run. This role requires deep expertise in service transition, governance and supplier terms.

You will structure handovers, verify run deliverables, align stakeholders and identify risks to ensure smooth production entry. Fluency in French, Dutch and English at B2 is expected.

Qualifications

• 10 years' experience translating service management agreements into contractual or supplier terms.
• Five years' experience in stakeholder and supplier management, and service management clauses and standards.
• Fluency in French, Dutch and English at B2 level.

Responsabilités

• Structure handovers for changes, releases and new or updated services.
• Check run deliverables are complete, available and usable.
• Align project, change and run stakeholders on readiness.
• Identify risks, dependencies and handover gaps.
• Support run-focused go/no-go decisions for controlled production entry.
• Document transfer agreements and operational requirements.
