Wlgroup is seeking an experienced Incident Response Lead to join a multinational defence organisation in Mons, Belgium. You will manage triage, containment, eradication and recovery, coordinating with authorities and partners around the clock on critical security incidents.

You will guide response teams to multiple locations, design reports and dashboards for business owners and security staff, and continuously improve response processes as threats shift.

Qualifications

• 4+ years incident response or adjacent field (digital forensics, threat hunting, malware/network analysis)
• Strong grasp of security, networking, and OS/app weaknesses
• Experience with MITRE ATT&CK framework in enterprise contexts
• 3+ years in information and knowledge management, preferably in security
• Experience collaborating with IT service management
• Excellent communication in professional English
• Vulnerability assessment and scoring with CVSS/SSVC
• Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP or GIAC security qualification
• Bachelor's degree with 3 years related experience or 10 years progressive expertise

Responsabilités

• Run incident response—triage, containment, eradication, recovery—during normal hours and on call-outs
• Provide technical coordination and support to authorities, partners, NGOs and industry
• Lead or support response teams at various locations during operations
• Build and maintain the taxonomy and portals content for the branch
• Design and distribute reports, briefings and dashboards for stakeholders
• Maintain a live network of security peers to coordinate urgent actions
• Identify improvements to response processes as threats evolve
• Write SOPs and instructions covering incident response
• Act as response expert in meetings and task forces
