DXC Technology Belgium is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to design the platform architecture and lead complex development efforts in collaboration with business analysts and consultants.

You will implement functionalities across ServiceNow modules, build integrations with external systems, and produce technical documentation while guiding customers in best practices and ITIL-aligned processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master in business, computer science or related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 3+ years with ServiceNow (GRC/IRM, ITOM, HRSD SecOps or related modules)
• Experience consulting external customers
• Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL/Agile frameworks like DevOps/IT4IT

Aufgaben

• Design and shape the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform and support complex development approaches with analysts and functional consultants
• Act as trusted Technical Advisor/Expert
• Implement functionalities to meet customer requirements using frontend and backend ServiceNow capabilities
• Create integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g., SSO, SAP, other ITSM apps) using SOAP, REST, JDBC, LDAP
• Produce technical documentation
