Job summary

DXC Technology Belgium seeks a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to bridge business requirements and technology implementations. You will design the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform, act as a trusted advisor, and implement functionalities and integrations across cloud and on-premise environments.

We expect strong hands-on ServiceNow experience, ITSM knowledge, and ability to work with stakeholders. Willingness to travel and fluent English plus Dutch or French are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience within the ServiceNow platform (GRC/IRM, ITOM, HRSD SecOps, etc.).
• Experience in consulting external customers.
• Knowledge of ITSM and agile frameworks like DevOps, IT4IT, ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Design and shape the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform and support complex development with analysts and consultants.
• Act as trusted Technical Advisor/Expert.
• Implement functionalities to meet customer requirements using front-end and back-end capabilities on ServiceNow.
• Implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (SSO, SAP, other ITSM apps) using SOAP, REST, JDBC, LDAP.
• Produce technical documentation.
