Accenture Belgium is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead complex pre-sales activities and delivery programs for large-scale clients. You will own the ServiceNow architecture across multi-technology solutions, mentor staff, and engage with executives to articulate value and ROI.

This role requires minimum 2 ServiceNow certifications, 5+ years in technical consulting, and strong communication. A blend of English with Dutch or French is a plus, with opportunities to work across Europe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 ServiceNow Certifications.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Technical Consulting.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience translating technical solution requirements to business outcomes.
• Knowledge of Service Management, ITIL, HR, Security Operations, and Customer Service Management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; Dutch or French are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support large and complex pre-sales / RFP processes involving multiple technologies.
• Coordinate internal technology teams across on- and offshore locations.
• Develop technical solution designs and cost estimates with architects.
• Present and discuss solutions with client executives.
• Present technology solution to internal executive approvers.
• Assess business impact/ROI for complex components of the solution.
• Lead client workshops and translate requirements into proposed designs.
• Own the ServiceNow architecture on complex delivery programs.
• Mentor internal staff to develop skills.
• Act as the customers’ primary contact for proposed technology solutions.
• Collaborate with Insights, Automation, and Technology Consulting teams to craft a holistic approach.
• Establish governance on customer engagements.
• Grow knowledge of ServiceNow and related competitive information.
