Appsierra Group is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead the implementation of diverse ServiceNow applications across ITAM, ITSM, HR, App Engine, SecOps, ITOM, and more. You will drive architectural decisions, collaborate with Functional consultants and the Platform architect, and deliver configuration and development artifacts, including testing.

You will design detailed technical solutions, prepare designs, perform system and integration testing, and support peers while ensuring

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant.
• Minimum 3+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Experience in at least 2 distinct ServiceNow products.
• At least 2 integrations with non-ServiceNow applications.
• Certifications: ServiceNow Administrator and at least one CIS or Developer cert.
• Must work from within EER.

Responsabilités

• Lead implementation of ServiceNow applications (Asset, HR, ITSM, ITOM, SecOps).
• Design technical solutions and create detailed designs.
• Provide configuration and development deliverables; perform integration testing and ATFs.
• Support and lead other technical consultants; conduct peer reviews.
• Maintain platform health by following standards and best practices.
• Act as third line of support for production issues.
• Create technical documents.
