ServiceNow seeks a Customer Success Senior Platform Architect to help customers establish a technical foundation on the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that deliver outcomes. You will work with executives, platform owners, and development teams to structure engagements and guide long-term architecture.

The role requires translating goals into a customer roadmap, governance, and ensuring platform health while scoping engagements and contributing leading practices.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 8+ years progressive experience in professional services (SaaS) or equivalent.
• Management consulting experience.
• Ability to drive complex issues through analysis and resolution.
• Enterprise architecture and large program leadership experience.
• Cloud application technology experience.
• Fluency in English or Dutch/Flemish is essential.

Responsabilités

• Work with the customer across executive, platform owner, enterprise architects, and development teams during selling, structuring, and implementation of solutions.
• Be an architectural advisor across multiple engagements to guide customers, partners, and internal team members to deliver successful solutions.
• Provide architectural knowledge across multiple workflows.
• Develop relationships with CoEI and business leaders to understand ServiceNow's role in digital transformation.
• Translate goals to outcomes into a customer roadmap.
• Translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint for complex goals.
• Engage with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the platform standard, integrated with core applications.
• Manage technical governance and delivery operating model and governance.
• Ensure instance health by reducing technical debt and aligning to leading practices.
• Support the sales effort by scoping and estimating engagements and change orders.
• Contribute leading practices and expertise related to the ServiceNow platform.
