Appsierra Group is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead the implementation of diverse ServiceNow applications across ITAM, ITSM, HR, App Engine, SecOps, ITOM, and more. You will drive architectural decisions, collaborate with Functional consultants and the Platform architect, and deliver configuration and development artifacts, including testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant.
• Minimum 3+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Experience in at least 2 distinct ServiceNow products.
• At least 2 integrations with non-ServiceNow applications.
• Certifications: ServiceNow Administrator and at least one CIS or Developer cert.
• Must work from within EER.

Description du poste

Work as a technical lead in implementation of ServiceNow applications. This can comprise multiple applications: Asset management (ITAM, HAM, SAM), HR, ITSM, App engine, SecOps, ITOM, …

• This includes integrations with multiple external systems.
• Support Platform architect in designing technical solutions in this area.
• Prepare detailed technical designs.
• Provide ServiceNow configuration and Development deliverables in collaboration with Functional consultants, Platform architect and other team members; including performing system (integration) testing and creation of ATF’s.
• Support and lead other technical consultants on implementations. Perform peer and quality reviews of work performed by other technical consultants.
• Assure platform health throughout your work by leveraging standards and best practices.
• Act as third line of support in case of production issues.
• Creation of technical documents

Conformity Criteria

• Minimum 3 years experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant
• Minimum 3+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience
• Minimum development experience in at least 2 distinct ServiceNow products
• Minimum 2 integrations with non-ServiceNow applications designed and implemented
• Certifications: ServiceNow Administrator and at least one CIS certificate or Developer certificate
• Must work from within EER
