ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Platform Architect (Customer Success) to guide customers in establishing a technical foundation on the ServiceNow Platform and design outcomes-driven solutions. You will ensure governance, health, and integration readiness across engagements, collaborating with customers, partners, and internal teams.

The role focuses on architecture across workflows, roadmap translation, and aligning with leading practices to deliver long-term platform health and value.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving using AI-powered tools or automation.
• 8+ years in a professional services/SaaS setting or equivalent education/experience.
• Management consulting experience.
• Proven ability to drive complex issues to resolution.
• Industry domain expertise beneficial.
• Experience leading architecture and design in large programs.
• Enterprise architecture experience.
• Fluency in English or Dutch/Flemish is essential.

Responsabilités

• Work with the customer across executive, platform owner, enterprise architects, and development teams during selling, structuring, and implementing solutions.
• Provide architectural advisory across engagements to guide customers, partners, and internal teams to successful solutions.
• Share architectural knowledge across multiple workflows and translate goals into a customer roadmap.
• Build relationships with CoEI and business leaders to show ServiceNow’s role in digital transformation.
• Translate business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints to achieve complex goals.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the platform standard.
• Manage technical governance and delivery operating model.
• Ensure instance health by reducing technical debt and aligning with best practices.
• Support sales by scoping and estimating engagements and change orders.
• Contribute leading practices and expertise related to the ServiceNow platform.
