Responsabilités

• Lead requirements gathering workshops and define CRM roadmaps.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and assess customer needs.
• Act as bridge between business and IT to drive project delivery.
• Lead discovery workshops and help create CRM roadmaps.
• Communicate clearly with project team and customer.
• Be part of Salesforce CoE and lead in cloud or industry areas.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce trends and best practices.
