valantic seeks an experienced Consultant to join our Salesforce Center of Excellence. You will guide CRM implementations from the functional side, lead discovery and requirements workshops, and refine backlogs while ensuring alignment between business needs and IT solutions.

In this role you collaborate with clients to improve digital processes, sit between business and IT, and stay on top of Salesforce trends. Strong communication in NL and EN is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in business-related field preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of consulting and business analysis experience.
• Strong analytical and leadership abilities.
• Experience leading discovery and requirements workshops.
• Knowledge of Salesforce platforms and CRM processes.
• Excellent communication in NL and EN.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery workshops and define CRM roadmaps.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops and conduct fit-gap analysis.
• Act as bridge between business and IT to deliver functional deliverables.
• Guide CRM projects from requirements through testing support.
• Collaborate with team and clients to optimize digital processes.
• Stay updated on Salesforce trends and participate in Salesforce CoE.
