Accenture Belgium is seeking a Salesforce Senior Consultant to help shape digital transformations for world-class clients. You will translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and guide a project from design through delivery.

You will lead design sessions, architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions, mentor teammates, and contribute to pre-sales while staying current with Salesforce releases and best practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting or CRM transformation.
• Proven track record across multiple full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations.
• Active Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Consultant, or equivalent).
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in French or Dutch and English.
• Ability to travel occasionally to client sites.

Responsabilités

• Lead functional design sessions and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Architect end-to-end solutions across one or more Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
• Produce high-quality deliverables: solution design documents, configuration specs, test plans, training materials.
• Mentor junior consultants and support their growth within the team.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities including solution scoping, effort estimation, and proposal writing.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, AppExchange solutions, and platform best practices.
• Support internal knowledge-sharing through documentation and community of practice activities.
