Our Client in Belgium seeks a Salesforce CRM Functional Analyst/Consultant to join a growing delivery team. You will work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions and support CRM implementations across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Fluent Dutch and English are required, with additional French being a plus. The role focuses on analyzing processes, documenting requirements, and fostering adoption while collaborating with cross-functional delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce CRM in a functional, business-analysis or consultancy role.
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements for Salesforce CRM initiatives.
• Map and improve sales, service and customer-engagement processes.
• Configure and support Salesforce solutions with technical teams as needed.
• Support workshops, UAT, training and go-live activities.
• Produce functional specifications, process documentation and user stories.
