Our Client in Belgium seeks a Salesforce CRM Functional Analyst/Consultant to join a growing delivery team. You will work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions and support CRM implementations across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Fluent Dutch and English are required, with additional French being a plus. The role focuses on analyzing processes, documenting requirements, and fostering adoption while collaborating with cross-functional delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce CRM in a functional, business-analysis or consultancy role.
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

Salesforce CRM Functional Analyst / Consultant

We are hiring Salesforce CRM professionals to join a rapidly growing consulting team delivering major client transformation programmes across Belgium.
You will work with business stakeholders to understand customer-facing processes, translate requirements into Salesforce solutions, and support the delivery of high-quality CRM implementations and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements for Salesforce CRM initiatives.
• Map and improve sales, service and customer-engagement processes.
• Configure and support Salesforce solutions, working closely with technical teams where development is required.
• Support workshops, user acceptance testing, training and go-live activities.
• Produce functional specifications, process documentation and user stories.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and provide day-to-day functional support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of CRM processes and platform adoption.

Profile

• Experience working with Salesforce CRM in a functional, business-analysis or consultancy capacity.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes, ideally across Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Comfortable speaking with both business users and technical delivery teams.
• Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent Dutch and English; French is beneficial.
• Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
