TechOhana in Belgium is seeking a Project Manager to lead CRM implementation projects from initiation to delivery across multiple engagements. You will own scope, budget and timeline while acting as the primary client contact and directing consultants.

The role is based in Antwerp in a newly opened office, with a fast-growing delivery team and a clear career path. Fluent Dutch and strong English are required; SME experience and hands-on project work are a plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing IT or software implementation projects (CRM focus preferred).
• Experience handling multiple projects concurrently.
• Hands-on background before PM role is a plus.

TechOhana has partnered with a fast-growing CRM consultancy in Belgium to appoint a Project Manager for their delivery team.

Over the past few years, this organisation has invested significantly in its Belgian expansion, building out a stronger delivery structure and assembling an experienced leadership team as it enters its next growth phase. They are now looking for a project manager to help lead that delivery. They have exciting plans as they are opening a brand new office in Antwerp to enhance this expansion!

The role

You will lead CRM implementation projects from initiation through to delivery, taking ownership of scope, budget and timeline across multiple concurrent engagements. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, direct functional and technical consultants, manage risk proactively, and report progress to stakeholders throughout.

What you'll bring

• Demonstrated experience managing IT or software implementation projects, ideally within a Salesforce, D365 CE or Odoo.
• They do prefer people who have worked hands-on before they grew into a project management role.
• You have experience in managing multiple projects at the same time.
• You preferably have experience in the SME markets.
• Fluency in Dutch, with strong working English

Nice to have (bonus, not required)

• Experience collaborating across cross-functional or technical teams
• A commercial mindset, comfortable identifying opportunities within existing accounts
