Job summary

Pauwels Consulting is seeking a senior sales professional to grow a Limburg-based portfolio within a hybrid work setup. You will manage key accounts, secure long-term growth, and coordinate with regulatory/technical partners to answer customer inquiries.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of track record in regulated markets, fluent German and French, and a proactive, independent working style within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in an economic or scientific discipline, or similar work experience.
• Experience in a regulated market (pharmacies, household chemicals, cosmetics) preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant commercial experience with proven sales results.
• Proactive, hands-on, independent yet team-oriented.
• Solution-oriented, energizing, customer-focused with strategic view.
• Fluent in German and French.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and develop a strong sales pipeline for long-term growth.
• Manage a portfolio of key accounts and represent at trade shows and local markets.
• Implement pricing, margins, and product strategies aligned with growth plans.
• Coordinate with regulatory and technical partners to address inquiries.
• Share market insights and trends to contribute to new business cases and product development.
• Create and deliver sales budgets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
