Inizio Brussels seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify and secure new opportunities across Belgium and the Netherlands. You will build networks, engage senior stakeholders, and craft tailored solutions in Dutch, French, and English.

You will collaborate with the Country Manager and international teams to deliver client-focused offerings, participate in industry events, and drive growth with autonomy and accountability.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of professional experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles within healthcare

Responsabilités

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across Belgium and the Netherlands
• Build and expand relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, consumer health, and other healthcare stakeholders
• Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach, networking, and market mapping
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing
• Develop and deliver compelling proposals (including RFPs), presentations, and value propositions in Dutch, French, and English
• Collaborate with operational leaders to design client-focused solutions
• Represent the company at industry conferences, client meetings, and networking events
• Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs
