Job summary

Jobtoolz seeks a (Senior) Account Manager in BioPharma to drive growth across key accounts from Kortrijk, Belgium. You will manage relationships, identify opportunities, and translate scientific insights into commercial value while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will travel up to 10%, present at events, prepare proposals with our scientific experts, and ensure contracts are processed efficiently. Fluency in Dutch and English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a commercial, scientific or project-driven role within pharma/biotech.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (writing and speaking); other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand (bio)pharma accounts across multiple departments.
• Prepare official proposals with scientific experts and ensure timely contracts.
• Build strong relationships and be the trusted go-to for new projects.
• Travel up to 10% and represent the company at events and conferences.
• Log activities in the CRM and track sales progress.
