Michael Page Belgium in Brussels is seeking a (Senior) Recruitment Consultant to drive business development, manage a portfolio of clients, and lead end-to-end recruitment projects across sectors. You will build long-term relationships with HR stakeholders and become a trusted advisor on market trends and talent acquisition.

The role combines sales, recruitment, and client service in a truly international environment.

• Act as the main point of contact for your clients.
• Provide market insights and salary benchmarking.
• Ensure a high level of service and client satisfaction.
• Develop long-term partnerships based on trust and expertise.
