Michael Page Belgium is seeking a Recruitment Consultant based in Bruxelles to support clients in identifying top HR talent. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, from job brief to candidate selection, while building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

You will source through multiple channels, conduct interviews, and advise on market trends and recruitment strategies to deliver excellent service and win loyalty.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing recruitment processes from briefing to placement.
• Ability to understand client hiring needs and translate into job briefs.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
