Qualifications

• Capacité à diriger des projets IT avec coordination d’équipes pluridisciplinaires.
• Connaissance d’ITSM et ITIL et expérience avérée en gestion d’incidents.
• Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet et reporting exécutif.

Responsabilités

• Gérer plusieurs projets de la pré-étude à la production.
• Collaborer avec parties prenantes et équipes transverses.
• Améliorer les procédures de détection, contrôle et gestion d’incidents.
• Optimiser la gestion des risques, du budget et du scope.
• Conduire les réunions de démarrage et les livrables de projet.
• Assurer le déploiement et le support post-production.
• Rendre compte via des rapports ad hoc et partager les connaissances.

Mission Overview:

Join Keystone Solutions as a Senior Project Manager on a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will strengthen the team coordinating the digitization program for urban planning and environmental permits. This role involves working alongside a program manager, analysts, testers, change management, communication, training leads, and several project managers already assigned to specific missions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from pre-study phase to operational production transfer.
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, sub-program teams, and the digital department.
• Enhance procedures for incident detection, control, and management.
• Improve problem management and continuous improvement processes.
• Coordinate cross-functionally and manage suppliers to resolve major incidents related to digitized permits promptly.
• Enhance reporting and governance procedures for operational incident management.
• Conduct or oversee pre-analysis: scope estimation, technology, resources, and budget.
• Identify service providers, stakeholders, and experts; define project charters and establish project organization.
• Lead internal and external kick-off meetings to understand client needs and environments.
• Define tasks and deliverables (technical and documentation) and create project plans with a focus on agile methodologies; Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Build and energize the project team.
• Act as the single point of contact for business stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress (planning, budget, scope, risks) and manage changes.
• Engage all individuals involved in the project.
• Provide hands-on support during critical project phases (work overload, tight deadlines), especially during execution.
• Coordinate and supervise execution, testing, and training phases.
• Ensure follow-up on production deployment and provisional (MVP) and definitive (final product) acceptance.
• Close projects effectively.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting at various levels.
• Share knowledge and skills with team members.
