Job summary

Keystone Solutions recherche un Business Analyst pour une mission de conseil sur site client, axée sur la dématérialisation des permis environnementaux. Vous travaillerez avec diverses parties prenantes pour comprendre leurs besoins et documenter les attentes.

Vous définirez les exigences fonctionnelles et non fonctionnelles, animerez des ateliers et rédigerez des scénarios de tests, tout en assurant la traçabilité et le respect des standards qualité et des initiatives d’IA et d’automatisation.

Qualifications

• Analyse des besoins et des processus, compréhension des enjeux ARNE (Environnement).
• Conception, tests et validation des exigences fonctionnelles et non fonctionnelles.
• Animation d’ateliers et rédaction de scénarios de tests d’acceptation.
• Gestion des parties prenantes et alignement des interlocuteurs avec les unités métier et SPW Digital.
• Modélisation des flux et échanges entre acteurs internes et externes.
• Utilisation de JIRA/Confluence pour le suivi et la traçabilité.
• Techniques d’atelier (Design Thinking, interviews, brainstorming).
• Compréhension du métier et du cadre réglementaire lié à l’environnement et aux permis (dématérialisation).

Responsibilities

• Comprendre le contexte et les objectifs du domaine ARNE (Environnement).
• Modéliser les attentes métier en mettant en évidence les flux de données et échanges entre acteurs.
• Définir les exigences fonctionnelles et non fonctionnelles avec les business units et SPW Digital.
• Animer des ateliers et écrire des scénarios d’acceptation.
• Conduire des ateliers de tests métiers (démos, formations, acceptance).
• Rédiger et exécuter des scénarios de tests de cohérence et d’intégration.
• Communiquer et valider les livrables avec les unités métier.
• Contribuer à la gestion des incidents et au suivi en production.
• Veiller à ce que la solution réponde aux attentes et respecte les exigences qualité.
• Contribuer à la dématérialisation et à l’optimisation via l’intégration d’IA générative et d’automatisation.

Mission Overview:

Join Keystone Solutions as a Business Analyst on a consultancy mission at a client site focused on the dematerialization of environmental permits and unique permits. You will be part of a dynamic team working closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and document their expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the context and objectives of the ARNE (Environment) business.
• Model business expectations by highlighting all data flows and exchanges between different internal and external actors in these processes. This analysis should be conducted transversally across several departments and serve as a foundation for a requirements document.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements of the solution to be implemented in agreement with the relevant business units and SPW Digital personnel involved in the project.
• Facilitate analysis workshops and write acceptance test scenarios with the business.
• Collaborate with project managers to conduct workshops for business testing (e.g., demos, training, acceptance).
• Write validation test scenarios in accordance with the testing and quality strategy drafted and validated by the quality manager of the program team.
• Write and execute consistency and integration tests; support the business in executing test scenarios.
• Communicate and validate deliverables with the relevant business units.
• Contribute to incident lifecycle management and production follow-up.
• Ensure that the chosen solution meets the formulated expectations and complies with quality requirements.
• Contribute to transversal dematerialization and optimization initiatives, particularly through the integration of artificial intelligence (generative AI, automation).
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the business (concepts, jargon, rules).
• Contribute to the successful execution of the project within the program.
