Keystone Solutions recherche un Chef de Projet expérimenté pour piloter des missions de conseil sur site client en Belgique. Responsibilities

• Gérer plusieurs projets simultanément, de l'étude préliminaire au transfert en production.
• Collaborer avec les parties prenantes et les équipes digitales pour la numérisation des plans d'urbanisme et des permis environnementaux.
• Réaliser ou superviser l'estimation du périmètre, des technologies, des ressources et du budget.
• Définir le charter et organiser le dispositif de gouvernance du projet.
• Animer les kick-off et coordonner les besoins clients et l'environnement.
• Élaborer les plans, décomposer les tâches et piloter les livrables (techniques et documentation).
• Constituer et dynamiser l'équipe projet, assurer le contact unique avec le business.
• Suivre planning, budget, scope, risques et gérer les changements.
• Engager l'ensemble des parties prenantes et apporter un support opérationnel lors des phases critiques.
• Coordonner et superviser exécution, tests et formations; assurer l'implémentation en production et les livrables MVP et final.
• Clore les projets et produire des reporting ad‑hoc; partager les savoirs avec l'équipe.

Mission Overview:

Join Keystone Solutions as a Project Manager on a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will strengthen the team coordinating the digitization program for urban planning and environmental permits. This dynamic role involves collaborating with a diverse team, including a program manager, analysts, testers, change managers, and other project leaders already assigned to specific missions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from pre-study phase to operational production transfer.
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, sub-program teams, and the digital team to coordinate the digitization of both urban planning and environmental permits.
• Conduct or oversee pre-analysis (offer coordination): estimating scope, technology, resources, and budget.
• Identify service providers, stakeholders, and experts; define project charter and establish project organization.
• Lead internal and external kick-off meetings to understand client needs and environment.
• Define tasks and deliverables (technical and documentation) and create project plans with a focus on agile methodologies, short iterations, and value delivery.
• Build and energize the project team.
• Act as the single point of contact for the business.
• Monitor project progress (planning, budget, scope, risks) and manage changes.
• Engage all stakeholders involved in the project.
• Provide hands‑on support during critical phases of the program, especially during execution.
• Coordinate and supervise execution, testing, and training phases.
• Ensure follow‑up on production implementation and provisional (MVP) and definitive (final product) acceptance.
• Close projects effectively.
• Provide ad‑hoc reporting at various levels.
• Share knowledge and skills with team members.
