Aufgaben

• Assurer le déploiement et l’opérationnalisation de l’approche de gestion du changement définie avec l’équipe programme.
• Identifier les défis de transformation et les relier à l’équipe programme.
• Collaborer avec les équipes de changement et les parties prenantes clés.
• S’assurer que les équipes opérationnelles comprennent les enjeux et adoptent les nouvelles méthodes et outils.
• Contribuer à l’élaboration des plans de communication adaptés aux impératifs du programme.

Mission Overview

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Business Change Consultant for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role involves supporting the implementation of a key program aimed at digitizing business procedures and enhancing internal management platforms. The consultant will work closely with various teams to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of new processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the follow-up and operationalization of the change management approach defined with the program team.
• Identify transformation challenges within business teams and connect them with the program team.
• Collaborate closely with the change management team and program team, including key business stakeholders.
• Ensure operational teams understand the transformation challenges and adopt new ways of working and tools.
• Assist in refining appropriate communication plans involving stakeholders, adapting to program imperatives.

Required Skills

• Ability to build trust with key personnel and collaborate closely.
• Experience in co-constructing tools for transitioning from AS-IS to TO-BE, focusing on the human aspects of transformation.
• Report to the main change manager.
