Job summary

Keystone Solutions recherche un Business Analyst et Testeur pour une mission de conseil sur site client afin de numériser l’urbanisme et les permis environnementaux. Vous analysez les besoins des parties prenantes, modélisez les exigences et documentez les objectifs.

Vous soutenez les chefs de projet dans la rédaction des documents et tests, avec une forte interaction avec les secteurs et partenaires externes. Expérience et connaissance des permis d’environnement et JIRA/Confluence recommandées.

• Compétences en techniques / outils de présentation et documentation.
• Expérience en test d’application et méthodologie de testing.
• Rédaction de cahier des charges pour solutions IT complexes.
• Connaissance du domaine des permis d’environnement (Décret, Processus).
• Expérience avec JIRA et Confluence.
• Analyse fonctionnelle dans des projets informatiques complexes.

Job description

Mission Overview:

Join Keystone Solutions as a Business Analyst and Tester on a consultancy mission at a client site. You will strengthen the team working on the digitization of urban planning and environmental permits. Your primary role will involve engaging with relevant stakeholders to understand their context and objectives, clarifying their needs, and modeling/documenting their expectations. You will support project managers in determining these needs and documenting the business expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Support the project manager in overseeing the update of the new IT solution for the Mon Permis program to ensure its sustainability in the future.
• Understand the context and objectives of the ARNE and TLPE sectors (Environment and Urban Planning) as well as aspects of SPW Digital.
• Model business expectations by highlighting all data flows and exchanges between various internal and external stakeholders involved in these processes. This analysis should be conducted transversally across multiple departments and serve as a foundation for a requirements document.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements for the solution to be implemented in agreement with the relevant sectors and SPW Digital personnel involved in the project.
• If necessary, support the testing team in facilitating analysis workshops and drafting acceptance test scenarios with the sectors.
• If necessary, assist the testing team in writing validation test scenarios in accordance with the testing and quality strategy drafted and validated by the quality manager of the program team. Support the sectors in executing the drafted test scenarios.
• Communicate and validate all deliverables with the relevant sectors.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the business (concept, jargon, rules).
• Verify that the chosen solution meets the formulated expectations.
• Contribute to the smooth progress of the project within the program.

Activities:

• Prepare, facilitate, and document workshops with the business.
• Coordinate with architects, POs, and other analysts in the program to ensure the coherence of the analysis.
• Collaborate closely and proactively with the sectors involved in the project and their external partners.
• Model/create/maintain the requirements document and communicate it.
• Be proactive in proposing simplifications and mutualizations, considering project constraints and respecting stakeholders.
