Job summary

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) for a client-site AML consultancy mission. You will coordinate multi-workstream delivery, maintain RAID logs, and drive timely sign-offs in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in PMO roles, Master or equivalent by experience, and strong English plus Dutch or French communication. This position involves 50% on-site and 50% homeworking.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of PMO or project support experience.
• Master or equivalent by experience. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders in a project or program environment.
• Experience managing RAID logs (risks, actions, issues, decisions) and driving follow-up to closure.
• Experience preparing status reports and dashboards for management/steering committees.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum is a plus.
• Experience supporting large, multi-workstream transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Track deliverables and milestones across multiple workstreams, following up with owners to ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain and update action items, RAID logs, and chase items to closure.
• Organize and facilitate status meetings, steering committees and working groups with clear agendas and minutes.
• Escalate blockers and delays to the program manager or sponsor promptly.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and handoffs to keep schedule.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to secure input and sign-offs.
• Monitor adherence to the program plan and propose corrective actions.
• Support resource planning and capacity tracking with team leads.
• Ensure governance templates and processes are consistently applied across the program.
• Drive accountability by following up until commitments are delivered.
• Act as central point of contact for day-to-day program coordination.

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Project Management Officer (PMO) in an AML context, you will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on client projects, delivering value through our consultancy model.

Responsibilities:

• Track deliverables and milestones across multiple workstreams, proactively following up with owners to ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain and update action items, decision and risk/issue logs (RAID), chasing outstanding items with the responsible stakeholders until closed.
• Organize and facilitate recurring status meetings, steering committees and working groups, ensuring clear agendas, minutes and follow-up actions.
• Escalate blockers, delays and non-responsive stakeholders to the program manager or sponsor in a timely manner.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies, ensuring handoffs between workstreams happen on schedule.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organization to secure timely input, sign-offs and deliverables.
• Monitor adherence to the program plan and timeline, flagging deviations early and proposing corrective actions.
• Support resource planning and tracking, following up with team leads on capacity and availability.
• Ensure documentation, templates and governance processes are consistently applied across the program.
• Drive accountability by persistently following up with individuals until commitments are actually delivered.
• Act as the central point of contact for day-to-day program coordination questions.

Language Requirements:

• Strong written and spoken communication skills in Dutch or French.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.

Education:

• Significant experience required. Master or equivalent by experience.

Telework:

• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking.

Required Experience / Knowledge:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Project Management Officer, Project Coordinator, or in a similar program/project support role.

Technical Experience:

• Mandatory: Proficiency with MS Office for reporting and tracking.
• Preferable: Basic knowledge of process modeling notations (e.g. BPMN, Visio).

Business Experience:

• Mandatory: Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders in a project or program environment.
• Mandatory: Experience managing RAID logs (risks, actions, issues, decisions) and driving follow-up to closure.
• Mandatory: Experience preparing status reports and dashboards for management/steering committee level.
• Preferable: Prior exposure to Agile/Scrum ways of working.
• Preferable: Experience supporting large, multi-workstream transformation programs.
