Atos Group is seeking a Solution Manager to play a customer-facing role, shaping high-value, end-to-end IT solutions and leading bid teams to translate customer priorities into compelling Atos proposals.

You will work closely with customer stakeholders to define requirements, develop cost models, and ensure timely delivery while driving innovation and risk management across global projects.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Solution Management, Presales, or equivalent roles.
• Strong experience in Digital Applications and Platforms, Data & AI, Cloud Transformation, and Multi/Hybrid Cloud environments.
• Proven management and leadership experience, preferably within a large international organization.
• Strong understanding of the technology ecosystem and experience working across multiple business and technology domains.
• Excellent presentation, communication, customer engagement, and negotiation skills.
• Experience engaging and negotiating with stakeholders from operational level through to CxO level.
• Experience in complex solution sales and architectural environments, particularly across Applications, Platforms, Data & AI, and Cloud solutions.
• Proven experience managing and leading customer opportunities valued at €30M+ as an end-to-end Solution Manager.
• Experience working with international and multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Dutch language skills at C1 level are preferred.
• Experience with Agentic AI solutions for solution storyboarding, design, and articulation is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Work closely with customers to understand their business priorities, requirements, and expectations.
• Analyze and interpret customer business needs and translate them into relevant Atos portfolio solutions.
• Build and manage relationships with customer stakeholders, from operational level to CxO.
• Present and negotiate solutions with customers in a compelling and value-driven manner.
• Lead customer stakeholder mapping and management activities.
• Define and manage multidisciplinary solution teams to develop integrated, end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure that proposed solutions address customer requirements across business, technology, services, resources, timelines, and costs.
• Lead the collection and analysis of customer-specific information and due diligence to validate solution accuracy.
• Develop solution cost models in line with commercial requirements.
• Ensure that assumptions are clearly defined and validated with the customer.
• Drive adoption Agentic AI and automation solutions as business enablers.
• Support T&T and Global Program Management in the successful implementation of customer solutions.
• Understand and apply Atos bidding, governance, approval, and control processes.
• Coordinate the involvement of delivery units during the bid phase.
• Challenge delivery costs and identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
• Identify and manage risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Lead the bid through successful closure and ensure a smooth handover to the operational authority or sponsor.
