Sopra Steria Digital Solutions is seeking a Senior Solution Sales Architect to connect customer challenges with technology and commercial opportunities. You will lead shaping digital solutions during sales and bid processes, focusing on application engineering, Java and .NET ecosystems, cloud-native development, integration and AI-enabled software engineering.

Qualifications

• Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent.
• Eight+ years in solution architecture, technology consulting or related roles.
• Proven presales, bid management or complex technology proposal experience.
• Experience shaping and presenting solutions for large organisations.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support business development by identifying, qualifying and shaping opportunities within Digital Solutions.
• Engage with customers to understand objectives, challenges, landscape and decision criteria.
• Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops and technical–commercial conversations.
• Define solution and response strategy for RFPs, RFIs and tenders.
• Take end-to-end ownership of proposed solutions throughout the bid lifecycle.
• Translate requirements into a coherent architecture, delivery model and value proposition.
