Zusammenfassung

ITProposal is seeking an experienced Onsite Support Engineer in Brussels to provide end-user IT support and maintain workplace technology across desktops, mobile, and meeting rooms.

The role includes supporting Windows laptops/desktops, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and mobile devices, with Intune/MDM, Teams Rooms, and basic networking. 6-month contract, ASAP start, 8–10 years experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive.
• Hands-on experience supporting Apple and Android mobile devices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and mobile device management.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and meeting room technologies.
• Basic networking knowledge, including LAN, Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP, and VPN.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Strong hardware troubleshooting and IT asset lifecycle management skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem‑solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Provide onsite and remote support for Windows laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and application issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office.
• Install, replace, upgrade, and manage IT devices and assets.
• Support Apple iPhones, iPads, and Android smartphones and tablets.
• Configure email, VPN, Teams, and mobile applications.
• Manage device enrollment and configuration through Microsoft Intune or other MDM solutions.
• Support Microsoft Teams Rooms and video conferencing equipment, including displays, cameras, microphones, and speakers.
• Perform pre-meeting checks and provide executive meeting support when required.
• Coordinate with AV vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
• Provide onsite technical assistance to infrastructure, network, security, server, and workplace teams.
• Perform cable patching, equipment installation, device replacements, and connectivity checks.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools.
• Ensure SLA compliance and maintain accurate asset and CMDB records.
• Participate in site audits, technology refresh projects, and operational improvement initiatives.
