Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a senior leader to drive the commercial development of Medium Voltage across the BENELUX region, including the Liège area. You will develop and execute a strategic plan, build long-term stakeholder relationships with utilities, contractors, and industrial clients, and promote the MV portfolio.

The role combines technical insight with strategic sales leadership in a dynamic SME setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electromechanical field.
• Proven technical sales or BU management within electrical distribution.
• Strong MV/LV equipment and switchgear knowledge.
• Fluent in French and Dutch; professional English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for MV and distribution in Belgium and BENELUX.
• Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with utilities and industrial customers.
• Promote and grow the MV portfolio and power distribution solutions.
• Act as trusted advisor on product selection, applications, and industry requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Management to drive performance.
