Michael Page International (Belgium) is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Technology/Engineering sector in Belgium. You will develop and execute the commercial strategy within your region, building relationships with B2B clients across industrial sectors.

The role requires 5+ years in a technical sales environment, and fluency in French and Dutch with English proficiency. You will coordinate projects, collaborate with international teams, and drive growth in a fast-growing global

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in a similar position in technical/industrial environments.
Proven experience selling engineering, R&D, product development, industrialization, or manufacturing services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Fluency in French and Dutch, with professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

Develop and execute the commercial strategy within your assigned region, aligned with growth objectives.
Build and manage a portfolio of B2B clients within industrial and manufacturing sectors.
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities related to product development, engineering services, industrialization, and outsourced manufacturing solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and relationship building to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
Coordinate awarded projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on timelines, budgets, quality requirements, and customer expectations.
Collaborate with international teams to create commercial and technical synergies across the organization.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and growth drivers.
