Vitamin Well Group is seeking a senior Field Sales Manager for Benelux, based in Mechelen, with substantial field sales responsibilities across Belgium and the Netherlands. You will lead, develop, and optimize a high-performing field sales force to deliver profitable growth, secure distribution, and ensure in-store and Out of Home execution.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership and cross-functional collaboration to elevate commercial excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading field sales teams in FMCG or consumer brands.
• Experience driving commercial excellence and sales execution, customer development and performance management.
• Strong ability to analyse data and insights to steer strategy and in-store execution.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch is an advantage; must hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Lead, inspire, and develop a field sales team to achieve high performance.
• Drive growth through clear strategic direction and disciplined execution across Retail and Out of Home channels.
• Steer performance via KPI management and data-driven decisions.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and partners across the Benelux.
• Collaborate with marketing, trade marketing and supply chain for successful launches and campaigns.
• Expand distribution, increase visibility, and strengthen presence in Retail and Out of Home.
