Talents4You seeks a pro-active sales professional to drive new business in Belgium, focusing on Microsoft Cloud, Data & AI, and Security solutions. You will engage C-level executives, develop account plans, and close complex deals while collaborating with delivery teams for seamless onboarding.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years selling IT solutions, excellent Dutch and English communication, and a proven track record in consulting environments.

Qualifications

• 5 years of proven experience in selling IT solutions with focus on Microsoft Cloud, Data & AI and Security.
• Hunter mentality driving results and target exceedance.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English (and French) with ability to present complex technical concepts.
• Proven ability to build relationships with decision-makers.
• Strong negotiation skills and track record of closing complex deals.
• Experience with cloud platforms and related certifications.
• Extensive experience in a consulting or professional services environment.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Belgium.
• Develop account plans and sales strategies to meet quotas and revenue targets in Belgium.
• Position Microsoft Cloud (Azure, M365 and Power Platform), Data/AI, and Security to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and IT leaders in Belgium.
• Generate leads through networking, events, and online research; qualify and progress them through the pipeline.
• Develop compelling proposals and deliver persuasive presentations.
• Negotiate and close complex deals with favorable terms.
• Stay informed on Microsoft technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape in Belgium.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular pipeline updates.
