adesso Belgium is seeking an experienced Solution Sales professional to drive growth in Belgium, focusing on AI transformation projects and expanding our client base. You will hunt new opportunities, build lasting relationships, and represent the company at events.

With 8+ years in IT consultancy or solution sales, you combine a consultative approach with a strong network of IT decision-makers and a bilingual NL/FR background, plus fluent English. A dynamic, hybrid workspace in Brussels awaits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT consultancy / solution sales.
• Affinity with one or more adesso offerings.
• Networking and closing deals with prospects.
• Already have a network of IT decision-makers.
• Proven track record of successful deals and market knowledge.
• Self-starter who can handle stress.
• Think in terms of solutions rather than problems.
• Bilingual NL/FR and fluent in English.

• Guide our customers in AI transformation projects.
• Proactively explore the market and bring in new business.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Adesso portfolio.
• Represent adesso Belgium at events and nurture your network.
• Drive strategic growth in a region where relationships matter.

• Engage with prospects to identify strategic technological needs.
