Coca-Cola European Partners is seeking a Senior Manager Electrical, Automation & Industrial Networking Systems to shape the electrical and automation strategy across the France BeNeLux region. You will influence standards, improve technical capability, and drive safer, more sustainable manufacturing.

You will lead EA&N standards, support production sites, and collaborate with OEMs and AssetCare teams. Travel up to 50% and mentor site engineers to build broad capability across the network.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electrical or Automation and fluent English/French.
• Experience with automation, industrial control and process monitoring.
• Lead and mentor engineers; support FATs and project design reviews.

Responsabilités

• Lead EA&N standards across CCEP facilities.
• Support production and logistics sites with EA&N expertise.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure EA&N compliance.
• Identify innovations and pilot EA&N technologies.
