Coca Cola Europacific Partners Gent is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to safeguard asset performance at its Ghent site. You will develop maintenance strategies, analyze performance, and drive reliability across a highly automated manufacturing environment.

You will lead root cause analyses, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operations to minimize downtime while improving safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in reliability engineering within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of asset management and maintenance best practices.
• Experience with RCA and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Develop and continuously improve maintenance and reliability strategies for critical assets.
• Analyze equipment performance, maintenance history and failure trends to reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering and operations to optimize performance.
• Lead root-cause analyses and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Conduct asset criticality assessments and reliability studies to improve lifecycle performance.
• Develop risk mitigation plans to minimize disruptions and support continuity.
• Support predictive, preventive and condition-based maintenance programs site-wide.
• Provide troubleshooting for complex mechanical and production equipment issues.
• Monitor KPI reporting and drive data-led improvement initiatives.
• Ensure maintenance procedures and asset documentation stay current.
