You will lead a team of maintenance technicians, drive safety culture and performance, and coordinate both preventative and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.

• Experience leading maintenance/engineering teams in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or automation systems.
• Experience coordinating preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
