Description du poste

Senior Manager Electrical, Automation & Industrial Networking Systems:

We're looking for an experienced engineering leader and Subject Matter Expert to join the Engineering & Technology department, reporting to the Associate Director of EA&N, to help shape the future of Electrical, Automation & Industrial Networks across the France BeNeLux region.

You will play a key role in developing the electrical and automation strategy across CCEP, influencing standards, improving technical capability, and helping manufacturing sites adopt innovative technologies that improve safety, sustainability, and performance. Working with a diverse network of engineering experts across CCEP, you'll combine technical expertise with leadership through influence and coaching.

What You'll Be Part Of:

The EA&N team has four key accountabilities that drive capability and performance across CCEP by delivering the best value solutions throughout the total equipment lifecycle:

  • Producing and maintaining EA&N standards, including the obsolescence strategy, aligned with Digital, OT Cybersecurity, AssetCare, BPT (IT), and Safety teams.
  • Supporting Manufacturing and Logistics sites as a Subject Matter Expert in resolving EA&N technical issues.
  • Partnering with Capital Project Execution teams to ensure suppliers comply with standards and supporting projects throughout implementation.
  • Supporting CCEP's innovation journey by exploring opportunities to innovate within the EA&N space.

Our scope includes Medium and Low Voltage systems (substations, medium and low voltage boards), Automation (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA), their communication with data management systems, and Machine Safety.

What You'll Do:
Produce and Maintain EA&N Standards:
  • Lead one or two technology expertise areas within the EA&N team and maintain standards that impact every CCEP facility.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure standards incorporate best practices and learnings from recent projects.
  • Develop capability across the business through training, coaching and support for site automation engineers.
  • Connect with and influence suppliers to comply with CCEP standards.
  • Lead collaboration with OEMs, AssetCare teams and sites to identify potential obsolescence issues and drive strategic decision-making to minimise their impact.
Support Production and Logistics Sites:
  • Provide technical expertise primarily to the France BNL sites, while also supporting Western Europe locations when required.
  • Support sites and central AssetCare teams in resolving complex EA&N technical issues.
  • Build trusted relationships with sites and suppliers, driving effective escalation processes and quality after-market support.
  • Support sites as the EA&N Subject Matter Expert to enable equipment performance and reliability.
Support Central and Site Project Execution Teams:
  • Collaborate with project teams during planning and design phases to ensure installations comply with EA&N standards.
  • Provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle by reviewing RFQs, conducting design reviews, and attending Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs).
  • Support projects to ensure successful delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Support Our Innovation Journey:
  • Identify EA&N innovations and lead or support pilot projects to ensure successful commissioning and qualification.
  • Develop expertise in emerging technologies such as Predictive Maintenance, Industrial AI and IoT.
  • Influence suppliers to develop innovative solutions to challenges facing the business.
Skills & Experience Required:

We know that great candidates do not always meet every requirement listed below. If you're excited by the opportunity and believe your experience is a strong match for many of the areas described, we encourage you to apply.

Technical Skills:

Essential:

  • Experience with automation, industrial control and process monitoring systems (Siemens experience would be advantageous).
  • Experience solving EA&N technical issues in manufacturing environments.
  • Experience managing data analysis with Excel and/or Power BI.

Beneficial:

  • Experience with Medium/Low Voltage infrastructure and electrical installations.
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity.
  • Experience with EU legal regulation requirements and machine safety specifications.
People & Project Management Skills:

Essential:

  • Experience leading and coordinating troubleshooting activities with site technicians, engineers and suppliers.
  • Experience working within project teams, supporting machine installation and commissioning activities alongside suppliers to achieve seamless start-ups.

Beneficial:

  • Experience mentoring engineers and sharing expertise to build technical capability across sites.
  • Experience challenging OEM equipment design to drive performance improvements and user-friendly troubleshooting solutions.
  • Experience performing Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs).
  • Site engineering management and/or engineering project management experience with EA&N project budgets between €0.1 million and €1 million.
Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Engineering degree, preferably in Electrical or Automation Engineering, or an Engineering degree in another discipline combined with demonstrated EA&N experience.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.

Beneficial:

  • Knowledge of Dutch, Flemish or German.
Location & Travel:

Preferred location: France.
