Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a Reliability Engineer to enhance reliability across our Ghent manufacturing assets. You will work with maintenance, engineering, and operations to reduce downtime, analyze performance data, and implement preventative maintenance strategies in a highly automated environment.
Applicants should have a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering and experience in RCA, Lean Six Sigma, and asset management.
Qualifications
- Degree or technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience with reliability engineering principles and asset management.
- Experience with RCA, failure investigations and continuous improvement.
Responsabilités
- Develop and continuously improve maintenance and reliability strategies for critical production and facility assets.
- Analyze equipment performance, maintenance history, and failure trends to reduce downtime.
- Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations teams to optimize equipment performance.
- Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor and report on key maintenance and reliability KPIs to drive data-led decisions.
